I will give credit that they'll work with you to work around your personal schedule if you do not abuse it. There is a decent amount of overtime available if you want it. It's a steady paycheck with no lay-ins. Pay is so-so. Don't let them sell you on the dream of $5 extra for running two machines: It can be hit and miss, plus there are several machines there that keep you so busy you can't run a second one.
