Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They fried their own equipment during a test, then the arrogant owner showed up throw temper at the client even without further investigation. Actually no one has ever touched the equipments other than their employees that day. The project has a hard deadline but obviously they don't care, they kick you out of the door just because they screwed up and refuse to admit it.
