I have yet to find anyone rude and they seem to be always willing to work with you as long as you communicate.
They are all very kind and sweet people, only doing their jobs. Bobbiesue is always so warm and welcoming when youre there. It makes you feel comfortable to be there and encouraging to be done. She is the best. Highly recommended
Wish I would have got to meet these guys under different circumstances, but for an uneasy situation they sure made me feel like I was still a human being. I treated then with respect and they gave me the same in return. Don't recommended ever getting in trouble but if you do then these are definitely the people you want to deal with. They are rude, judgmental, they use threats of baking you out in jail. There test are faulty they tested me 4 times and they said it was positive but the lab came back and said it was negative, they call you names and get upset when they are questioned about there policies and procurers by you ! They gang up on you and flat out lie about what is going on!
