The people are great. The remote devices, however, can’t take a picture of you if you have glasses on, and will just assume you’re someone else and you’ll get a warrant put out for your arrest. Or it will just malfunction entirely and that’s still going to fall on you.
Look, is wearing an ankle monitor fun? No. 0/5 stars for that part. But as far as customer service, communication , care, and respect goes… these guys hit it out of the park. Connor was always great. No ego, no I’m better than you attitude, just smiling faces and how can we help you help yourself. I’m 6mo sober and off of my ankle monitor and these guys were a huge part of that.
Very easy to deal with
Compliance Monitoring systems employees are the absolute best!!! I’ve never been disrespected and I’ve honestly enjoyed my conversations every time I’ve come in. They listened to my drama and definitely helped me laugh and stay positive about things. Thank you all for everything🙏🏼
