He was supposed to install windows and wrap the outside. He was paid and the work was not complete. He did not respond or communicate. I would not recommend and reported to better business bureau. All material was paid for upfront and I got no refund on the material that was never used or completed. Nice to see he responds now. Buyer beware I have all of email and text still if anyone wants to see them.
