The bed was so old and used, it sounded like someone running their nails down chalk board every time it was raised or lowered. A very serious issue arose with my husband, who was the one receiving the hospice care, I never heard back from them about the situation. They just didnt seem to care. They were charging for visits that never happened. I dont recommend this company to anyone.
They took very good care of my wife. They treated her with the utmost respect. I will always be grateful for the nurses and aids.
Just want to thank Julia who works for Complete OK Durant for taking such good care of our mutual client. She goes above and beyond not because she has to but because she cares. All the staff show so much love to their clients and family. THANK YOU Julia
