Heather came to see my mom today and she was amazing!!! She gave me lots of info that is so helpful and I truly appreciate the time she spent with us. It’s hard to navigate the health system and what to do when someone you love is having trouble with their health. She helped us so much and set mom up with therapy. Thank you Heather!!
