had two floors redone but the grout is breaking apart but this company will either not return calls or make appointments and not keep them. They came to fix the broken grout and a week later the grout was broken again so now I have to look elsewhere for someone to fix it properly.
Save yourself some time and aggravation, and just call the Browns at Completely Floored. After a rather disastrous search for someone to remove carpeting and install vinyl plank flooring in 2 bedrooms, in a minor panic I called Completely Floored. They do what they say they are going to do. They are professional. Their pricing is fair. They keep you informed every step of the way, and they don’t waste a minute of time.

Mr. Brown was very professional and honorable. His team went above and beyond with their customer service and installing new our new carpet. He stands by his word and is very trust worthy. They under bid our home and they kept the quote they gave us although they lost money on the job. I can’t say enough about them. Please support this small business, you won’t regret it.
