I wouldn't even give a Star. Between the horrible woman that works there with straw hair and no endearing qualities and I would even call her a bully. The owner is cruel and heartless.. I have owned dogs my whole life and have never had an experience like this. I called over night and who ever answered said yeah she's been crying and whining non-stop ( I know they are dogs but how unprofessional is that) .. I wouldn't even go back for a check-up. I found Dr. Lukas to be incredibly gentle, and kind with my cat, LuLu - who had cancer. She helped us keep her comfortable - and respect her dignity. She died in her sleep last night. I can't say enough about thus wonderful vet.

Killed my cat a few years back. He went in with a horribly blocked up urethra. They said it was nothing, twice. Finally found him dying in the litter box and peeing blood all over himself at about 12 AM. Rushed there, they did emergency surgery in which they tore his urethra. Initially the clinic admitted it to us and told us that they wouldn't charge us. A different doctor contacted us later and told us that they would charge us and that they were not responsible for the tear that eventually resulted in my cat being so sick... read more

This vet saved my puppy's life! They allow us to see her and hold her as she recovers. They always answer the phone and someone is there 24/7. They helped me with the bills as well. Everyone in the office knows how my animal is and can answer questions. During hurricane Sandy, this vet provided FREE care to many animals. They treated my friends cat out of the goodness of their hearts! It is nice to know that we have a vet we can trust.

This office was recommended to me by two different people. So when we got our puppy I didn't think twice bringing him in for his check up. Yes, they are VERY expensive, but be careful how much you pay for what. I was more disappointed with the fact that I paid for a stool test (I needed to bring in a stool sample). We paid in advance and thought to ourselves "we'll come back". A family emergency came up and I completely forgot about bringing in the sample.
