Complete Care may have nice people, but their policies are meant to do one thing only - extract as much money from the patient as possible. Your doctor will prescribe you a medication you've been taking for years, only to have that same doctor deny the prescription when you try to get it from your pharmacy stating that now they need another appointment with you before they can approve the refill. My wife made an appointment. Had trouble finding parking and was told she couldn't be seen because they only give patients a ten minute window for lateness which my wife was within but they insisted she wasn't. She also wasn't informed in advance about this 10 minute window.

Way too long of a wait in the waiting room hour and fifteen minutes wait! And other people who show up after get seen before me. All for a 10-15 min doctor visit and they didn't even have my blood work I had to show them off my phone.
