Your doctor will prescribe you a medication you've been taking for years, only to have that same doctor deny the prescription when you try to get it from your pharmacy stating that now they need another appointment with you before they can approve the refill. My wife made an appointment. Had trouble finding parking and was told she couldn't be seen because they only give patients a ten minute window for lateness which my wife was within but they insisted she wasn't. She also wasn't informed in advance about this 10 minute window.
