This club is ok. It has a small pool, which is great. That said, the employee named Naydine, was so nasty & surly that I was COMPLETELY turned off to the club. This is sad because the other employees are lovely, & the club is old but perfectly sufficient as a place to get a swim in. I won't be joining this club because, frankly, I felt that I wasn't in a safe or nurturing environment, let alone invited graciously into this club.
Annamaria’s Zumba class at Complete Body Midtown East is easily one of the most fun and energizing workouts I’ve taken. The second the music starts, her energy fills the room and instantly lifts everyone’s mood. Her routines are thoughtfully choreographed and flow perfectly with the music. Try the aquatics class with Sam! It was such a great low impact workout with upbeat music and a fun routine. I recommend it to anyone looking to try something different.
