The ultrasound tech is not friendly at all but everyone else in the building is. So glad I don't ever have to see her again! Love Dr Spangler and his nurses, and the ladies up front 🫶
My complaint is about the office and relaying of information. I missed one important call from the nurse due to my spam blocker. As a result, I’m on hold for an hour with no answer. I’ve had this experience many times over the course of a few years. Hire more people to answer calls, or just hang up if you can’t connect me within an hour so I don’t have to hear the hold recording over and over again. It’s really disheartening.
Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I have called, left messages for Ginger never receiving a follow up call. I have since tried multiple times unable to make contact. The central scheduling department says wait time is 26, 30, 21 then 10 mins jumps back to 12 mins. Actively on the phone and been waiting 20 mins. Any suggestions? > Update!! I was finally able to make contact. Receptionist was super kind and explained they where having some issues with the system. Just be prepared when scheduling.
I have been rescheduled twice. The front office lady will not even tell me how far booked out they are for the next appointment for me to know if it makes sense to schedule again with them. Very inconsiderate, I understand doctor’s have a life too and take off, but so do clients. We have to make plans. I simply needed tentative waiting time before I can be rescheduled. Guys, tear othered like you want to be treated. People over inflexible meaningless policies.
I would give it 0 if I could, I've been a patient for years and just spend 20 minutes on hold just to be told they couldnt schedule an appt to have my birth control implant removed because I owe 20 dollars that I can't pay until tomorrow, I have breast cancer and need it removed ASAP. they do not have a call back option so you just have to sit on hold listening to the automated thing on repeat every twenty seconds, once I get this removed I will NOT be going back, my original OBGYN is leaving and they didn't tell me that til... read more
