I have been going here since I was 14 (17 years ago) and always had a good experience until recently. Dr Gooding was my doctor and she was WONDERFUL, but recently left the practice. My last annual check up with her was a few months ago, right before she left. My birth control prescription has run out, and I called to ask for them to refill it. This office is amazing! Dr. Z is the absolute best I have ever seen. Sophie is so sweet and brings sunshine to the office.
The ultrasound tech is not friendly at all but everyone else in the building is. So glad I don't ever have to see her again! Love Dr Spangler and his nurses, and the ladies up front 🫶
My complaint is about the office and relaying of information. I missed one important call from the nurse due to my spam blocker. As a result, I’m on hold for an hour with no answer. I’ve had this experience many times over the course of a few years. Hire more people to answer calls, or just hang up if you can’t connect me within an hour so I don’t have to hear the hold recording over and over again. It’s really disheartening.
