Considering the name is “Complete Women’s Care,” I guess I assumed the well-woman exam would be more comprehensive. The exam was so brief that I feel like it would be easy for the provider to miss something. For example, I had a mark on my breast that wasn’t even noticed because the breast exam was done so quickly. I understand that appointments can be time-sensitive, but I expected a more thorough examination given the nature of a well-woman visit and the name being complete women's care.

Doctors are never in, you’ll have to schedule a month out, better hope you don’t have an emergency.

(Brittany Estes is an amazing provider) Recently scheduled an appointment for the first time with a gynecologist ever. I was extremely nervous going in. When I came in however, the nurse who greeted me was super polite and cheerful. My gynecologist, Brittany Estes was also very kind and very helpful. She addressed all of my concerns and genuinely seemed interested in listening to me. All my anxiety went away under her care. If I had to schedule an appointment again I would most definitely choose her.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Z, but when I arrived the receptionist informed me that I wasn't on the schedule, that Dr. Z wasn't in the office. I assured her that I had an appointment, then I caught her in a lie when she told me that someone tried reaching out to me. No apology, just told me she'd have to reschedule my appointment. Office staff very rude.

The woman who first got my weight/vitals and then the one who did my ultrasound here were both completely rude and flippantly cut me off when I was asking them questions or voicing concerns. Felt like being a cow herded which, considering it's not the VA where I expect to be treated that way but, rather, a specialty doc where I'm paying a $50 copay to be seen out of pocket, you're not gonna treat me like some peon. The doc was the same way rushing me through my pelvic exam. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because he f... read more
