The doctor is very good, professional, and caring. However, I was very disappointed with the team. The staff was not very helpful or responsive. They were supposed to complete my work paperwork within a week but it ended up taking almost three months. This caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I really like the doctor, but I hope the team improves their communication, organization, and customer service

Dr. Taylor is very professional and friendly along with the staff i did have interactions with. The only thing is following up on procedures that need to get done. Instead of me having to call and remind them.

As a Black woman, it is very hard to go to the doctor sometimes, so I intentionally chose to go somewhere that is owned by a Black woman because I thought I would finally be heard. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Missy Taylor, but when I arrived my provider ended up being someone else. It was a white woman which is completely fine, my primary care doctor is a white woman but what was not okay was how I was treated.
