My care here was fine up until I mentioned having to transfer care due to an interstate move. The doctor I was seeing, Dr. Caroline Peacock and the nurses went deaf and showed no concern for my care or needs anymore. I never got to meet nor see Dr. Taylor and I was receiving care here up until 33 weeks. Dr. King and the staff at complete care are definitely one of a kind. As a high risk mom I spent a lot of time at the office. I was always greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Every ultrasound with Amanda was great experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I was so grateful for support and great care she offered us. Be prepared to wait 1+ hour for your appointment and get 5 minutes or less with the doctor. There is no personalized care at this facility, they way overbook and have no consideration for anyone's time or concerns. They also make it extremely difficult to get ultrasound results without coming in for ANOTHER appointment, rather than just a quick call to say "everything looks normal".
Called with an issue and tried making an appointment. Was told the dr that was seeing me is on vacation this week. They’d call in a script for me. It was not called in. Called the office the next morning about getting script called in was reassured it’d be called in. They close early on Fridays so I called pharmacy by 11am they still had not gotten anything. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor! She is a knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate physician who always takes the time to address my concerns. Nurse Ashley, the lab team, and the front desk staff are equally outstanding…professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Even when I arrive tired and exhausted, I’m met with kindness and exceptional care. Thank you to the entire team for always providing such a positive experience!
