Review update: I recently had a system installed by CWS Security in Baton Rouge, and while the installation process itself was excellent, the overall experience left much to be desired due to poor communication and customer service. The technician who came out to install the system did a great job. They were professional, thorough, and explained how to use the new system clearly.
