All I can say, is just go! Utilize this great little wellness center we have in our town. So many options and services, for anyone in your life. The salt room is next on my list.
Complete Wellness is a hidden gem along with Ongela my massage therapist! She uses her intuition as her guide and you always leave feeling balanced and refreshed!
