We originally found Complete Weddings + Events at a bridal show in Northern Colorado and loved that they were a one-stop shop for everything. Our experience with Complete Weddings + Events was incredibly disappointing—not just because of what went wrong on our wedding day, but because of how Terrie Reno, a company leader, handled our concerns. Her response wasn’t just unprofessional—it was dismissive, gaslighting, and deeply disrespectful. A week before the wedding, we were told the DJ was only contracted until 8 PM, even though our event ended at 11.
