I was very pleased to find The Complete Bridal Salon & Plaza in West Dundee, IL. I ended there by accident. I had left Shelly's Bridal with my Bridesmaids after the most rude experience I had ever had. I started to cry because I thought bridal experiences were to be a happy process.
