When we purchased a Mapledale condo in March 2026, we were not familiar with the rental water softener unit in the condo. A service call was arranged and 2 techs tested the water and explained about the holding tank. We asked about salt product and they brought bags of salt in, filled the softener tank and put us on a salt delivery schedule. Thank you for providing good service CW !
