Had a tradesman sent out within 24 hours to ascertain the level of mould/water damage to some rooms of my residence; Andrew was very thorough and showed me how he was determining his findings using his specialist measuring tools. He worked efficiently and checked all that I asked him to, in the 2 hour window, which was a lot, given the work put in to capture all the evidence required for purposes of a report if it ended up being required. Very happy with the service provided, worth the money for the assessment undertaken.
Very impressed with Andrew, Shane, George and Jessie. Andrew was exceptional in his customer care talking me through the process of what they were about to do , explaining time frames etc. very approachable and knowledgeable,They also cleaned up when they finished. Highly recommend this company , especially Andrew.
If you are after a firm that is incredibly responsive and professional, call CWDS ASAP. After a flooding incident that could have caused major damage and some hefty mould issues, the team sorted out everything and were incredibly helpful. Very Highly Recommended!
