Can I leave a "No Star" review? 1 is too generous for the incredibly poor experience I had with Complete Water Damage Services. Staff who attended wanted to rip our kitchen apart, pull up tiles etc etc. Insisted this was necessary due to mould they were sure was under everything following water damage. Very prompt friendly service. Checked the condition of the roof to discover the cause and location of the water damage to the interior of my home. He took photos showing the condition of the terracotta tiles. The photos enabled me to see the condition of the roof, which showed the true condition of the tiles. Nice to have a down to earth tradesman who took time to answered my questions, explaining the condition of my roof.
