Coach Ark has been the best addition to my health and wellness journey! I have never been this fit in my entire life and I just turned 40 last month. The workouts always vary and he is always tracking my progress and upping the intensity just enough to ensure I am challenged but still staying healthy and not injuring myself. Coach Ark trains both my husband and I and we both love him so much! FEEL THE POWER!
