Randy came to our boat the morning after we had to get towed into a marina and even though our issue seemed to be identified as soon as he got on the boat he was gracious enough to spend time with us to go over other possible issues it could have been and things to keep an eye on. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Could not recommend him enough and will absolutely have him back out if we have any issues again in Florida!
Randy came to our rescue when we forgot to open our sea cocks and overheated our engines. He is very knowledgeable about our Caterpillar 3208 engines. Not only did he do a complete diagnosis of our cooling system, he took the time to educate us on how to care for our engines. He has a very friendly personality and I trust him completely. We had an overheating issue. It wasn’t major but was over my pay grade. Randy returned my message on a Sunday evening and gave me multiple marina options to meet. He showed up precisely on time and got us back in running order quickly and without any hassle. Excellent communications, clearly knows diesels, and very fair pricing. 6 stars if I could !
