Complete Trenchless’s website looks impressive — polished branding, glowing testimonials, and a badge claiming they’re BBB-accredited with an A+ rating. But if you actually follow the BBB link on their own site, you’ll find that they’re not accredited and have an “F” rating with multiple unresolved complaints. That should have been my first red flag. Leaving a negative review as a neighbor. Your team continues to block driveways with your equipment. This is during off hours and for long periods of time. Notes were left with no change. Respect the neighborhoods you are working in.
Complete Trenchless was $10-$20K less than the big name plumbing companies we called to replace our water line. They are specialists in what they do and were done with our long line (under sidewalks, retaining walls, and into our crawlspace) in 2 days. There was some work after the fact to clean up the landscaping, but for the cost savings, it was definitely worth it!!
