Cesar and his team came out and replaced my main waterline. The job was done timely and I no longer have a failing main line, but when reconnecting the new line to the main house, they didn't reestablish the connection to my sprinkler system. I've called multiple times for them to come out, make the connection and complete the job, but my calls and text messages have gone unanswered. I now have to spend more money to find a different plumber to come out and do the job Completely Trenchless was paid to do.

He took our 50% deposit and did not ever show up to do the work. We are now taking every legal means necessary to recoup the deposit (a significant amount of money). DO NOT HIRE HIM!

I paid Cesar 50% to do a boring job at our property. He never did the job, did not show up on scheduled days, and always gave excuses during poor communication. He has still not returned our 50% deposit, it has been months now.

Cesar Lara is rude and unprofessional. On top of that their work is subpar. Avoid this contractor! There are so many other plumbers out there that are so much better.

I am a locksmith and Complete Trenchless called me to make a key for their work vehicle and paid with a bad check!!
