After talking to six other companies, I decided to give Elite Arborist a try. Carlos came out to give an estimate on laying new sod and redoing the stonework around a tree in my front yard. He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We have used Carlos and Elite Arborist for years now. Our back yard holds one big, beautiful life oak. Elite Arborist grooms and protects this tree. They go above and beyond to make our entire experience wonderful. Professional and polite, they work from the ground and from up in the tree, carefully removing only what is needed to make our tree healthy and able to handle strong storms and icy winters. Tried to do a quote but apparently you have to hold their hand or they cancel your appointment. Was very unprofessional and poor business. Would not recommend them at all.
This is my second time I have used Complete Tree Services. They do excellent job trimming trees, shaping shrubs, removing dead shrub, removing leaves, weeding flowerbeds and putting down mulch. They haul all debris away so you are left with a beautiful yard. They are very professional and do exactly what they say they will do. I will definitely be using them again.
