Bought a Futura Trailer from Brandon early this year and upon delivery, i realized its too small so I asked Brandon if there are other options available (none Futura) so I can trade in or exchange. He initially replied on 02/11/26 saying he would look into what he has and then its radio silence ever since. I would not recommend buying from them.
Bought a 3619 5th wheel. I have nothing bad to say about the sales team. They were amazing. My biggest gripe is the warranty and quality. Overall I’m happy with the trailer but not terribly happy with the issues since day one which I should have had fixed before taking delivery and some things that could have been avoided if the manufacture or dealer did better inspections. No part of the process of ordering or picking up my new ATC Pla 450 was stressful. Ray, my salesperson, and everyone else I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. At no point was I pressured to add anything I didn't want or use a payment option I wasn't comfortable with. When I ordered the trailer, I overlooked a couple of options that I thought were standard and although it was my own oversight, they made sure I left happy the day I picked it up.
