I've completed over 50 closings in the last three years and this is the most disorganized title company I've ever worked with. We asked for docs well before the closing date and they didn't provide them until the afternoon prior to the date of closing. Their docs were incorrect, formatted improperly and each page had multiple fonts. We were not given sufficient time to review and inevitably the deed was wrong and had to be corrected after the fact. I would never this company for a closing.
