Went to get tire pressure monitors changed, tech also checked brakes and discovered my right rear brake pads were bad. Jessie came and told me what they found and got permission to do the repair. Not sure if being on a first name basis says anything good about my car, but at least I know they will take good care of me and have not treated me like a bimbo that doesn't know anything about cars.
As a local fleet manager in the Columbus area, I have a few shops I use frequently for repairs. Today it was CTS that really helped me out with 2 of my trucks that needed AC repair. Don and his team on the heavy duty side put in the work today to get those two trucks back to me so that they can be put back out on the road right away. Always in communication with the status of the vehicles and calls as soon as they are complete.
