Zero stars. The attendant was very aggressive. Ripped off patches of skin in multiple places and didn’t even react or go any gentler. Way overpriced even if the service was good, but for what I got I’m appalled at what I paid. Sketchy location and not a great interior. Do not recommend.
The ladies here are kind and consistently provide great service! They take their time and do a thorough job. I found them a couple of years ago when I lived closer. After moving to West Loop, I've tried at least 3 places nearby, but the service doesn't compare. So, I happily drive to Complete Threading when I need to get my brows done. Check them out- you won't be disappointed!
I've been coming here for about 3 to 4 years, they are so kind and they do things perfectly. 15 years of threading my eyebrows and the service to pricing exceeds everyone. My brows would be lost without them
