I called to make an appointment and could only get the answering machine. I left several messages, two days later still no response. I finally went into their office only to discover there was no one there. The lady who works next door said she thought they were moving. My husband has been in pain for days while we waited for a response. It is completely unprofessional to to run a business in this manner. Have the decency to leave a message that says you are out of the office and not taking patients.
Jon is, in my opinion, one of the best therapists in Idaho. He genuinely cares about getting you back to your life and does it in a friendly, efficient, and ethical way. I would recommend him to any of my close friends or family in a heart-beat!
Jon is one of the best Physical Therapist I have been to! He is concerned about getting you back on track and teaches & gives you the info & tools needed for maintaining and keeping a healthy lifestyle. He has a great compassion for his clients, and is very in tune to listening and addressing his clients needs. His passion is helping people and he has a great gift! I recently purchased a groupon for a massage, and I am so glad I did. This is not your phoo phoo spa treatment with candles, aroma therapy, low lights, and big comfy towels. This is for the person who is in serious pain whether it be from an injury or an physical difficulty and they need relief. He can handle your difficult medical history. In one session he got more done on my back pain than I would have achieved with six massages at a spa. You may not get the luxurious soft cotton sheets, but you get some serious relief.
