Do not use them if you are a US citizen/Canadian PR who has to file in both countries. They have no idea what they are doing, but will seem confident. I questioned some of the things they were doing, but it was my first time paying Canadian income tax, so I believed them when they said I didn't understand; turns out I understood better than they did. REVIEW YOUR TAX RETURN!!! I have to give it a one for it to post. I would NOT recommend this company, even though it was recommended to me. They did my taxes and thankfully I pointed out that they didn't do a declaration (that I was pretty sure had to be done) and they sent off an amendment. I now received a letter in the mail that I have to pay $1,800 + for penalties for filing it late. If I didn't point this out to them and didn't notice, my ding would have been closer to $2,500.
