I have been desperately waiting for my 2025 tax return. Went into there office today, to find out they didn't send my return. I bet u another month of waiting. Boooo
Do not use them if you are a US citizen/Canadian PR who has to file in both countries. They have no idea what they are doing, but will seem confident. I questioned some of the things they were doing, but it was my first time paying Canadian income tax, so I believed them when they said I didn't understand; turns out I understood better than they did. Two years later, I'm still digging out from the mess they made, and hoping that maybe sometime soon the multi-tens-of-thousands-of-dollars mistake they made will be resolved by ... read more
