Poor communication and service. Very sloppy business to deal with. Left hand did not know what the right hand was doing throughout. We were left to chase them up regarding a number of post installation issues. Avoid Complete Tanks and Pumps.

Very happy with the whole service provided by CTP - Tracey provided great advice and kept me informed throughout from order to installation. Daniel and Lesley installed the tank quickly and without issues - they left the job neat and tidy and I was really grateful for them taking away the leftover cement from the previous structure. My rainwater pump was leaking profusely for some reason. I rang Complete tanks and pumps and they explained the problem and solution clearly. I now have a working rain water system. They helped me tremendously and have my rainwater business from now on. A+ recommendation.
