My rainwater pump was leaking profusely for some reason. I rang Complete tanks and pumps and they explained the problem and solution clearly. I now have a working rain water system. They helped me tremendously and have my rainwater business from now on. A+ recommendation.
Awesome people great products very helpful
Bought rainwater tank and pump through them with "lifetime warranty". Tank had a leak and took months before it was replaced. New tank has leak in same spot! Were told the manufacturer went bankrupt and there's nothing they can do about it now which is against Australian Consumer Laws.
