From the first phone call I made to Alix to the completion of the job she responded immediately to any of my questions through calls or texts. I told her our vision and she sent plans and an estimate immediately. Her employees were friendly, showed up on time and were meticulous in the installation of the turf. This company did a great job fighting with the city of Westlake with their ridiculous rules !! Even though I did not get to do my project these people were completely professional and did their best against these unfair rules from the city !!
