I get almost all of my supplies and equipment from these guys. The owner and his team always treat us very well. Before buying a machine Chris came out and demoed it for us, taught us how to use it, gave us more than fair pricing, and did not pressure us to purchase. Never had a negative experience, and if I did, they are the type of people that would bend over backwards to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Chris and his employees are so helpful. They will go the extra mile to find what you need. If they don't have it in-store they can order it for you. Great customer service. I highly recommend this store for your cleaning needs.

Brought my carpet machine to get repaired 3 weeks later still nothing being done. I talked to Chris Tilby to see when I could come in to see when I could get it fixed. He never called back I called again someone on the other end of the phone said call back in an hour he never answered horrible service DON'T GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. The staff are wonderful (especially Yolanda), but the owner Chris is the rudest business owner I've ever met. He's grouchy, standoffish, and will rip you off. If you are buying some basic stuff like chemicals, mops, etc, you won't have to deal with the owner, but if you purchase any equipment that will require any future servicing (like a battery replacement) than you'll have the misfortune of dealing with Chris.
