In the week since renting a unit I've had two interactions with customer support. Although everyone is very polite and reassuring both issues took me calling them three times to get a solution. The problem should have easily been sorted out in the first call. PSA If they say they are sending the issue to the supervisor level and they will call you back right away don't believe them! I waited at my unit for 20 mins for a callback, they said I should wait, meanwhile unable to access my items. Then on the second calls both time... read more
Great price and all the automation worked very well. Loved having access when I needed it with only needing my phone to open the gate and unlock the storage unit.
Clean and secure place to store your stuff. Love the app and the keyless entry. Makes it easy and convenient. Fast and helpful communication when needed as well.
