My experience with this agency was absolutely terrible. The staff treated me with disrespect from the very beginning. Instead of supporting me in my role, they corrupted my position, went behind my back, and ultimately prevented me from getting hired permanently. There was zero communication, no straight answers to any of my questions, and every interaction left me more confused and frustrated. I’ve had the most wonderful experience with this agency. I’ve been placed on two assignments by this company. Both assignments were nothing less than amazing. I didn’t even make it out of the gate before the Lead Recruiter attempted to manipulate me by attempting to do a “bait and switch” by sending me a FTE that had she read my resume beforehand (since it was in her system from at least 1 year prior from Indeed that I have made private) would know I did not have the necessary credentials the employer was looking for. I was interviewing for an assistant director position and it was presented to me as a contract support role. I was told I would be doing mostly back office work and the pay made sense for that type of job. Come the interview and I’m expected to be in revenue generating position and the role isn’t ‘Admin’ it is ‘assistant director’ without a single mention of it.
