I had my Panels installed on Oct 28th 2024 and it’s been over a month now. I still don’t have PTO and my customer retention specialists number is disconnected. I have no way of accessing my contract or account. My electric company Southern California Edison emailed me and Complete Solar stating the inspection paperwork was filed incorrectly. That was on Nov 7th 2024. It is now December and of my three emails and 2 voicemails nothing has been answered. Please help!
Talked to a homeowner, completely ghosted them after they messed them over. Would NOT recommend
UPDATE: 10/22/24- To the responding Owner: I'm glad you responded but I cant post my info online. How do you suggest I get a hold of you? 10/15/24: They installed solar panels on my roof a couple of years ago. Thank God the panels have been working fine, BUT my roof started leaking in several different places the winter after the install. They came out and evaluated and determined the leaks weren't due to their panels because the leaks were in different areas of the house, where there are no panels. My wife and I bought our house back in NOVEMBER and it’s becoming clear that this companies only duty is to take our money and run. I have tired texts, calls and an email thread as long as a football field begging and pleading to just give us what we paid for only to get shuffled around like a dirty penny in the pocket of Complete Solar. (Oh did I mention that my wife and I were able have a child faster than Complete Solar could turn on our system?) The absolute worst!!! It's been year and we still have no solar service after installation. You can't get a hold of anyone. Absolute nightmare of a company
