Horrible office staff. They are rude, talk over you when you are trying to ask questions. This test was useless. Hours recorded were wrong and when I tried to tell them they got mad said do it another night and I asked if my insurance will cover it and she says Nope in a sarcastic tone. A waste of my time for sure . I do not recommend this company at all if you can go somewhere else please do. Whether the test comes back positive for sleep apnea or negative I wouldn't trust it because the hours were all wrong.

The equipment they are using here is not sufficient for diagnosing sleep apnea. The only equipment received was a pulse ox to wear on my finger, nothing else. I did another sleep study with a different company and their diagnosis was the opposite and they used real equipment. If you want accurate results, go somewhere else.

Cathy called me and helped me set up and explain the sleep study process. She was wonderful and pleasant to talk to. There was no confusion on how the billing and insurance worked so I’m not sure what these other people are saying. Maybe they just got the wrong person? Anyways Cathy was awesome

Everything went off without a hitch. Complete instructions, packaged well and all questions answered. So convenient to be able to do this at home. Customer service was top notch. Thank you so much.
