The customer service was Fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time of not sleeping and some needing some answers. I opted to pay out of pocket because they could get me equipment much quicker than my high-deductible insurance plan, the out-of-pocket costs were reasonable, and actually, the same with self-pay as if I used my insurance. I would highly recommend them. Try giving them a call - they answered their phones and were polite, professional, and friendly.
I wish they had negative stars to meet the negative experience I had with this company. First the person I spoke to was very rude and kept talking over me and not letting me ask questions. The device showed up to my home dirty which is absolutely disgusting. I cleaned it myself and tried to do the testing. Everything was working well and I made all the changes and I fell asleep. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. While I am not a patient, I deal with providers regularly in my profession. Nine times out of 10, these are the faces of the company being that we are whom customers interact with initially. With that being said, I was contacted by Taylor C. who was very unprofessional and beyond rude. She berated my company continually and stated that while it was the end of the year, people should still do their jobs. My experience with complete sleep relief was awesome! They staff was incredibly helpful and beyond friendly. Any questions or concerns I had, Taylor C was able to put to rest. Along with being super helpful, the new profile to be done online was a super help and very user friendly! I have been working with Complete sleep for many many years as a providers office. I get incredibly prompt response to any questions I may have and my patients are contacted in a timely fashion for set up.There service has been outstanding. Tayler is amazing to commuinicate with. Aaron is super attentive. I will never work with another sleep company!
