Absolutely horrible. Rude and surly. I was ill and wasn’t able to return device ‘ASAP’ so they are charging me $45/day late fees. Really? Called and ‘Beth’ did not care that I wasn’t able and was ill. I see from the reviews below, that this is a common experience. Go somewhere else.
Rude people who answer the phone and their confusion about if they accept my insurance caused me problems. On top of that they referred me to a company that is no longer in business and said they would send all my information there. Sleep Works is no longer open!
