I always find it interesting how these ancillary medical services places get such a low average review. My experience here was great. Very responsive and helpful company with excellent customer service. I’ve used blackstone before they were ok, but this place is great, has personnel local to denver area, and they care about their customers. There is definitely a personal touch here. Bess was super helpful and knowledgeable. Plan on going here for all my at home sleep study needs moving forward.

Customer service sucks. They actually ask you to be "kind" to their associates in the initial phone message and the guy smirks. It took them a couple weeks to send my package. I had 2 days to complete the test and than I had 2 days to send it back or I was to be charged $45 dollars a day until I did. They were right on top of that. Now I'm waiting to see if they received my package back and I sent it out Tuesday. They have it. They just don't have the drive to let me know. This is what I paid $285 dollars for. Horrible office staff. They are rude, talk over you when you are trying to ask questions. This test was useless. Hours recorded were wrong and when I tried to tell them they got mad said do it another night and I asked if my insurance will cover it and she says Nope in a sarcastic tone. A waste of my time for sure . I do not recommend this company at all if you can go somewhere else please do. Whether the test comes back positive for sleep apnea or negative I wouldn't trust it because the hours were all wrong.

The equipment they are using here is not sufficient for diagnosing sleep apnea. The only equipment received was a pulse ox to wear on my finger, nothing else. I did another sleep study with a different company and their diagnosis was the opposite and they used real equipment. If you want accurate results, go somewhere else.
