The customer service was Fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time of not sleeping and some needing some answers. I opted to pay out of pocket because they could get me equipment much quicker than my high-deductible insurance plan, the out-of-pocket costs were reasonable, and actually, the same with self-pay as if I used my insurance. I would highly recommend them. Try giving them a call - they answered their phones and were polite, professional, and friendly.
I wish they had negative stars to meet the negative experience I had with this company. First the person I spoke to was very rude and kept talking over me and not letting me ask questions. The device showed up to my home dirty which is absolutely disgusting. I cleaned it myself and tried to do the testing. Everything was working well and I made all the changes and I fell asleep. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. While I am not a patient, I deal with providers regularly in my profession. Nine times out of 10, these are the faces of the company being that we are whom customers interact with initially. With that being said, I was contacted by Taylor C. who was very unprofessional and beyond rude.
