I am yet to attend the clinic, so this review is purely based on the booking process. I recently called to arrange an appointment after receiving a referral from my GP. During the initial call, I was told I needed to email my referral through before an appointment could be made. That’s completely fine however, I was not provided with the email address during the call and had to search for it myself. If youre thinking of going, just book it. Its worth every cent getting your life back on track. Dr Ryan has been absolutely amazing with me. Dr Ryan takes the time to listen, making you feel heard and never rushed. He has always reasured me that if something doesn't work, there's more up his sleeve that we can try.
