I emailed these guys after closing time, Ms Kelly hit me back last night and said that they can do it today. Call this morning set it up she said around 10:30 or 11:00 they would be here they called me at 10:30 and said they were 30 minutes away and they were here on time. I highly recommend this company Charlie and his crew done an awesome job. Good price
I called for service to have my septic tank "pumped/cleaned/drained" (not sure of the proper terminology). I was given cash and card price and decided cash would be best because they charge a fee to use a card. Was told "we'll be able to get to you early next week", but with no specific date or time. I get a call (its monday) while im at work from the driver saying that he's on the way and would I be there to flush after they've done their job to ensure there were no clogs. We called and they came right out. However they not only spilled sewage all over our yard but within a week we were having problems again. Kelly basically yelled at me and told me we needed new leech lines. I didn't feel the job was done right the first time. I finally got her to send them out to repump. The guy who came out admitted the truck was full the first time even though Kelly swore we were only the second pump and it was not full. He said he tried to cover the spilled sewage with sand.
