Very bad experience. I spoke to multiple people in the office including Russel trying to get someone out to inspect and replace a septic lid for me, I was given a price on the phone and approved it. for 3 weeks nobody went out to the property and I had to call and follow up multiple times until I was told to: "call another company" because they are low on man power. Unproffesional company, tenants have been suffering because of them.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. Please never allow this company to work and perform any services at your home without being present. Had them pump out my septic tank 2 years ago, had some issues a few days ago and I was told my septic tank was full and whomever pump it out, did not remove the solids. I would not refer them to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE and the only reason I wasn't present when they came was because I was leaving that morning to go out of town. Had new drain lines put in on 4/23/21 was told that would fix my problem. I've had to pump my septic tank twice in 2 months now I'm being told I need new drain lines again so something wasn't done right the first time now they want me to pay again to correct a job that wasn't done right the first time. Well I guess it's Lawyer time.
Had an appointment to pump our septic. They quoted $350 over the phone. They showed up and within 10 minutes they said they could not do the job because there was part of a concrete slab on where they needed to pump, which we understood. They then charged us $225 for a 10 minute service call. I could understand $100 for their gas and employees time, but that amount is so inflated.
