Very bad service my son call them come to drain my septic tank and in a week my tank is full again how that’s can happen!? They very bad service.
Very bad experience. I spoke to multiple people in the office including Russel trying to get someone out to inspect and replace a septic lid for me, I was given a price on the phone and approved it. for 3 weeks nobody went out to the property and I had to call and follow up multiple times until I was told to: "call another company" because they are low on man power. Unproffesional company, tenants have been suffering because of them.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. Please never allow this company to work and perform any services at your home without being present. Had them pump out my septic tank 2 years ago, had some issues a few days ago and I was told my septic tank was full and whomever pump it out, did not remove the solids. I would not refer them to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE and the only reason I wasn't present when they came was because I was leaving that morning to go out of town.
