I brought a machine to get repaired with that part that I was aware that was damaged and instead they broke another part in a different location and they would not fix that for free even though they were at fault. I even took before and after pictures when I left my product with them and show them! They had nothing to say and they wouldn't repair the broken piece they broke! Bad business
I went to the shop asking for a lawnmower part and the guy who take care of me it was very rude and very bad attitude I will not reco and the guy who take care of me it was very rude and very bad recommend to nobody for me the rating is zero

I find Complete Saw is a very good place to do business, as they have a complete line of Stihl equipment at reasonable prices, and are not out to rob you on repairs, which sometimes are done on the spot.
