"Good Business." The Complete RV Care business is tucked away from traffic and is nicely accommodating. It is a family run business and we had very positive interactions with the owner, David, his father Santos, and other employees, Patsy and Eddy. A sweet patrol cat takes care of catching critters that might think about invading the territory. We recently moved here from out of state and we have several projects we were looking for help with on our sprinter. The simplest one was the installation of our ladder. The ladder was new in the box from the manufacturer, OWL. The company told us it’s a 30 minute job to install the ladder, which is confirmed by YouTube videos on the installation process. David is an honest and helpful guy. I took my camper to him and he noticed something I had already had concerns about with discharge pipes hanging too low. He was able to fix them right there at his shop while I chatted with him. Now I have peace of mind not breaking my plumbing pipes. Great service.
All I can say is DANG! David and Eddie replaced our solar panels in record time, and then proceeded to fix issues we had been struggling with for a while that several other technicians and even the dealership couldn’t figure out, while allowing us to stay in our RV camping in their lot until everything was in order. David’s father, Mr. Santos came by and chatted with us, and Ms. Patsy in the office was pleasant and very helpful.
