The staff is very personable and exhibit a wealth of knowledge. The roof was replaced in one day. The contractors arrived early and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Mr Baker and his crew are beyond top notch. My roof had a lot of damage but they still had 95% of the job done in one day, just a little cleanup the next. Our roof looks beautiful! Once in a while you come across a company that cares more about people and less about profit. We sprung a roof leak in a house that was built 2 years ago. The warranty was only good for 1 year and other roofing companies were less than sympathetic. Chris Baker and Wills Kelly with Complete Roofing Systems came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. No charge! Unbelievable business model. Thank you so much!
