My experience. Had Mark provide estimate in 2006 and I was happy with the work done. Fast forward to 2025.I thought I should have the roof inspected so I phoned and left a message. No response after 2 weeks so I emailed Mark directly with an inspection request. He answered sure I will be in touch soon. Three weeks later I emailed him again??? when will you arrange an inspection.No response this time at all.Disappointed!!
