The service we received with Mike Stone and CRS goes beyond the stars allotted on a review. A large mature tree fell on our home causing significant damage. What followed was a months-long dissension with our insurance carrier to cover the repairs. Mike stood by our family, invested in the process as if this were his own home, every step of the way. I got an honest appraisal for the roof on my house. The work was detailed precisely in the contract. They were on time, and finished the work in one day, with the gutter installation a few days later. They cleaned up thoroughly the same day they installed the roof. Some minor damage was quickly fixed good as new. I can’t imagine doing it all any better.
CRS is an outstanding roofing company. Responsive, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and thorough, they are vastly superior to any of the other roofers I used for 20 years before discovering them 5+ years ago.
