On Monday, I made an appointment with Tim for Friday, to give me a quote for gutter repair. On Friday morning he did not reply to my text messages. I got him on the phone later that day and he promised me to be there by 3 pm. I waited but he never showed. When I tried to contact him at 4 he had switched off his phone. He did not even have the courtesy to tell me he was gonna miss the appointment. I told him not to bother anymore as I find it hard to build trust with a person who breaks his promises.
Had a leaky roof last night all fixed the next morning thanks to Tim fast service!
