Completely unqualified to manage complex remediation. The workers were poorly trained (i.e. walking around barefoot) and disrespectful. The men entered my home repeatedly without knocking, twice walking in on me unexpectedly and often urinating on and around our toilet, not bothering to cleanup even after I pointed it out. Complete waste of time! Called Jim to arrange a water damage estimate to my kitchen, he showed up and we discussed the job. I already had my insurance company approval of the claim - just needed the estimate. After several weeks and multiple calls to him, finally got an answer - he said he sent the estimate to my insurance company but needed my signature on the work forms to schedule the work.
