Two workers came into my home that had squatters living in it for months. The squatters had ransacked my home from top to bottom, leaving nothing untouched by DRUGS! Police took the drugs out of my home,& the two caring carpet cleaners men took charge. They walked through all the rooms to determine if it was feasible to clean the carpets, or replace them. I have a lake house on Whitefish Lake that has had a bat problem for years and Complete Restoration came up with a solution to install netting on the underside of most of the soffits which had a huge impact to lesson the nuisance of bats and their guano being deposited all over my decks. I believe that the price was fair the work product was excellent And they worked very hard to be efficient and timely with good communication communications. I highly recommend the company and the staff.

Estimate is outrageously high. I have had an honest worker in the business give me an estimate nearly 6x less their price. Staff was unprofessional, could physically barely even do an inspection, didn't bring ppe for inspection, didn't even have a tall enough ladder, tracked insulation all over my house, etc. The fact that they charge a non refundable $250 deposit is a pathetic business model. This business should be ashamed for ripping people off. Would not recommend.
