Very responsive and helpful! Complete Restoration remediated our problem quickly. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. We really appreciated the great service. Highly recommend
Estimate is outrageously high. I have had an honest worker in the business give me an estimate nearly 6x less their price. Staff was unprofessional, could physically barely even do an inspection, didn't bring ppe for inspection, didn't even have a tall enough ladder, tracked insulation all over my house, etc. The fact that they charge a non refundable $250 deposit is a pathetic business model. This business should be ashamed for ripping people off. Would not recommend.
We had an unexpected basement flood with 4–5 inches of water throughout the entire space. Complete Restoration responded quickly, packing out everything from our basement and immediately starting the mitigation process. I’m extremely pleased with the work Complete Restoration did . They cleaned our high quality/ expensive rags and the result was excellent. Fresh , vibrant colors and all colors were preserved well. If you have a microbial issue in your attic I would look no futher than Complete Restoration. Not only do they offer the same work as the competitor, they came in at half the cost, offer a warranty, and have excellent customer service between Brian, Quinn and Jesse. Thank you for a job well done!
