We just want to express how amazed and impressed we were with the repairs Keith and his CRE crew performed on our very heavy Sun Room hanging swing. That swing is the centerpiece of a remodel we did a few years ago and unfortunately needed a minor repair. Although that job was a small one for CRE, they treated it like a major job for their company. I was very disappointed in the quote that they gave me and then changed the price when we received the invoice. They quoted me a price of $65.00 an hour but when we received the bill it was for $130.00 an hour. The second day they sent 2 people to do the job so they doubled the price without advising us. They charged us for 2 people the first day when they only sent one. They are not trustworthy.
From beginning to end, Josh has been terrific, their crew has been great, they have done a number of small projects for us and they all look great. They were easy to work with, Josh is very personable and helpful. They redid our toilet and flooring and it looks great, they've helped us with a number of things now. They are definitely my go-to with any house-related issue or even just good repair advice.
