I'm a local investor and work with many contractors. My usual guys couldn't get to a rush inspection report issue and I was going to be out of contract. Andrew was referred to me by a friend and he sent his team out over the weekend and got me to the closing table. Fantastic and clean work. Complete Renovation Services will now be in my rotation of contractors I use regularly.
Very poor customer service experience from Andrew who is supposedly the owner. First he doesn’t show up at the agreed time because he “forgot”, and when he does show up the attitude and demeanor is very poor. He came and criticized what was existing, instead of asking me what I was looking to get done. He doesn’t show me what he has done in the past. The attitude is very off putting and rude. I can’t say enough good things about Complete Renovation Services. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling. I was absolutely clueless on where to begin (and very nervous), but the team was organized and professional, and I was comfortable leaving my full home remodel in their hands.
