CRS is a family owned, tight knit operation which is efficient, friendly and good value. From the start owners Andy and Ashleigh kept me well informed and were receptive, understanding and flexible when we were hit with (sadly now common) legal cock-ups and inefficiencies in conveyancing our sale and purchase. We had to do our move to the IOW over 4 days & All the team from start to finish were amazing we had a lot of stuff from quirky household stuff to a lot of garden plants which was like moving a mini garden center. Andy & Ashley make a great team together with all their staff who were very professional & super nice guys, who all worked very hard. Andy, Kris, and Ollie from the removal team were absolutely phenomenal. Andy, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with, throughout and it was refreshing to experience such genuine customer service from a large company.
